How do I confirm my booking?
Send us a message via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or email. We'll confirm availability and send you all the details. A deposit is required to confirm your spot.
Can children join the tour?
Absolutely! Children under 5 join for free. Everyone else is counted as one guest at the standard rate. Life jackets and snorkeling equipment provided for ages 5 and above.
I can't swim — is the tour still for me?
It depends on how comfortable you are in the water! Life jackets are always provided and Layla will be right there to help. If snorkeling isn't for you, there's plenty more to enjoy — crystal clear beaches, seawalking, parasailing, jet ski, or banana boat rides (available at extra cost, no swimming required).
What if the weather is bad?
We check weather conditions every morning with local authorities. If conditions are not ideal but permitted, the tour goes ahead (cancellation policy applies if you cancel). If authorities prohibit departure, your tour will be rescheduled based on our availability or fully refunded at no charge.
Is the BBQ included in the price?
Yes — a full BBQ meal is included in every tour. Fresh seafood chosen from the market that morning, served away from the crowds. Please note that outdoor BBQ is subject to weather conditions. In case of rain or strong winds, the meal will be served at a restaurant with an alternative menu.
Do you offer hotel pick-up?
Free pick-up from hotels in Central and South Phu Quoc. An additional $5/person/way applies for hotels in the northern part of the island.
What should I bring?
Swimming suit, towel, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), and a good mood. We provide all snorkeling equipment, life jackets, food and drinks.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes! Our private tours are fully customised for your group. Contact us with your dates and group size and we'll create something special.
Is Layla your guide?
Absolutely! Layla will be with you throughout the entire experience — leading the adventure, looking after every guest, and doing everything she can to make sure you leave with the best memories possible.
